At Sculpd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pottery and craft kits. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
